プライバシーポリシー Privacy Policy

【みどり】（以下「当事業者」といいます。）は、当事業者が提供するアプリケーション「気分グラフ」（英語名：MoodTrend。以下「本アプリ」といいます。）および関連サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）において取得・利用する利用者の個人情報等の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

第1条（適用範囲）

1. 本ポリシーは、本アプリおよび本サービスにおいて当事業者が取得・管理する情報の取扱いに適用されます。

2. 本サービスにおいて利用する第三者サービス（例：Firebase、Google Analytics for Firebase、Google AdMob 等）のプライバシーポリシーは、当該第三者が定めるプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

第2条（取得する情報）

当事業者は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

1. アカウント情報

- 外部認証サービスのユーザーID、メールアドレス等

- ニックネーム、アイコン画像等、利用者が任意に登録したプロフィール情報

2. 本アプリ上で利用者が入力するデータ

- 日々の気分・体調等に関する数値・メモ・タグ等

- 予定の件数、行動ログなど、本アプリの機能に応じて利用者が入力するデータ

※これらの情報には、利用者の心身の状態に関する情報が含まれる場合があり、個人情報保護法上の「要配慮個人情報」に該当する可能性があります。

3. *端末・利用状況に関する情報

- 端末の種類、OS、アプリのバージョン

- 利用日時、画面遷移、クラッシュログ等

- 広告識別子（IDFA / AAID 等）

4. 課金・決済に関する情報

- サブスクリプションや買い切り等の購入履歴（プラン種別、購入日時、有効期限等）

※クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は、App Store / Google Play 等の決済事業者が管理し、当事業者は直接取得しません。

5. お問い合わせ等に伴い利用者から取得する情報

- メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、ログ情報等

第3条（利用目的）

当事業者は、取得した情報を以下の目的のために利用します。

1. 本サービスの提供、運営、維持、改善のため

2. 利用者の記録データの表示、グラフ化、分析結果の提供のため

3. 不具合の調査・対応、セキュリティ対策のため

4. 有料サービスの提供、利用状況の確認、課金処理のため

5. 利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応のため

6. 利用規約違反行為への対応、紛争・トラブル対応のため

7. 本サービスに関する重要なお知らせや変更の通知のため

8. 本サービスの利用状況に関する統計情報を作成し、今後のサービス改善や新サービスの検討に利用するため

9. 法令に基づく対応のため

第4条（要配慮個人情報の取り扱い）

1. 本サービスでは、利用者が自ら入力した内容に心身の状態や生活状況等が含まれる場合があり、これらは個人情報保護法上の「要配慮個人情報」に該当する可能性があります。

2. 当事業者は、利用者が本サービスに当該情報を入力し、本ポリシーに同意した上で利用することにより、当該要配慮個人情報を上記利用目的の範囲内で利用することについて、利用者の同意が得られているものと取り扱います。

3. 当事業者は、要配慮個人情報を、その性質に応じて適切に管理し、不必要に第三者提供を行わないよう配慮します。

第5条（第三者提供）

1. 当事業者は、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

1. 利用者本人の同意がある場合

2. 法令に基づく場合

3. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合で、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき

4. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合で、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき

5. 国の機関等が法令に定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合

2. 上記にかかわらず、当事業者は、統計情報等、個人を識別できない形式に加工した情報を第三者に提供することがあります。

第6条（委託）

当事業者は、情報の一部の取扱いを、以下を含む第三者に委託する場合があります。

- クラウドサービス提供事業者（例：Google LLC による Firebase 等）

- 分析サービス提供事業者（例：Google Analytics for Firebase 等）

- 広告配信事業者（例：Google AdMob 等）

- 決済処理・サブスクリプション管理事業者（例：各アプリストア運営事業者 等）

これらの委託先に対しては、必要な範囲で情報を提供し、適切な契約・監督を行います。

第7条（国外への移転）

当事業者が利用するクラウドサービス、決済サービス、広告配信サービス等のサーバーは、日本国外に設置されている場合があります。そのため、取得した情報が日本国外に移転されることがありますが、当事業者は、適用法令に従い、必要な安全管理措置を講じます。

第8条（安全管理措置）

当事業者は、取り扱う個人情報について、漏えい、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、以下のような安全管理措置を講じます。

- アクセス制限および認証情報の適切な管理

- アプリおよび通信の暗号化（可能な範囲）

- ログの取得・監視による不正アクセス等の検知

- 外部サービス利用時の契約・規約の確認および適切な設定

ただし、インターネット上の通信・保存において、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

第9条（情報の保管期間）

1. 利用者の記録データは、利用者が本アプリを利用している期間中原則として保存されます。

2. 利用者が本サービスの利用を終了した場合やアカウント削除を行った場合、当事業者は、技術的・運用上可能な範囲で、合理的な期間内に個人を特定できるデータを削除または匿名化するよう努めます。ただし、法令上必要な範囲で保存する場合があります。

第10条（利用者の権利）

1. 利用者は、当事業者が保有する自己に関する個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等を求めることができます。

2. これらの請求を行う場合は、本ポリシー末尾に記載の問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。なお、法令上認められない場合等には、ご希望に添えないことがあります。

第11条（未成年者の利用）

未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得た上で利用してください。

第12条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

1. 当事業者は、法令の改正や本サービスの内容変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。

2. 重要な変更を行う場合には、本アプリ内での表示等の方法により、変更内容および効力発生日を周知します。

3. 利用者が変更後の本ポリシーの効力発生日以降に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

【Midori】 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) sets forth this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) regarding the handling of information obtained from users (“User” or “you”) of the smartphone application “気分グラフ” (English name: “MoodTrend”, collectively the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Scope of This Policy

1. This Policy applies to the information that we collect and manage through the App and the Service.

2. For third-party services used in connection with the Service (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob), the privacy policies of such third parties shall apply.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information in connection with the provision of the Service:

1. Account Information

- User IDs and email addresses obtained via third-party authentication services

- Profile information that you voluntarily register, such as nickname or icon image

2. Data You Enter in the App

- Daily mood, condition, notes, tags, and similar records

- Counts of planned activities or behavior logs, depending on the features of the App

*These may include information about your mental or physical condition and may constitute “sensitive personal information” under certain data protection laws.*

3. Device and Usage Information

- Device type, operating system, App version

- Usage logs such as timestamps, screen transitions, and crash logs

- Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA / AAID)

4. Billing and Purchase Information

- Records of subscriptions and other purchases (plan type, purchase date, expiration date, etc.)

*We do not receive or store your credit card number. Such information is handled by app store operators such as Apple Inc. and Google LLC.*

5. Information Provided in Inquiries

- Email address, content of your inquiry, and related log information

3. Purposes of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

1. To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service

2. To display, graph, and analyze your recorded data

3. To investigate and respond to malfunctions and to ensure security

4. To provide Paid Services, confirm usage status, and process billing

5. To respond to inquiries from Users

6. To respond to violations of the Terms of Use and to resolve disputes or troubles

7. To notify you of important information or changes related to the Service

8. To create statistical data regarding the usage of the Service and to use such data for service improvement and development of new services

9. To comply with laws, regulations, and legal procedures

4. Handling of Sensitive Information

1. Depending on what you enter in the App, the data may contain information about your mental and physical condition or life situation, which may be considered sensitive personal information under applicable data protection laws.

2. By entering such information into the Service after agreeing to this Policy, you are deemed to have consented to our use of such sensitive information within the scope of the purposes stated in Section 3.

3. We take appropriate care not to disclose such sensitive information unnecessarily to third parties and handle it with heightened safeguards commensurate with its nature.

5. Provision to Third Parties

1. We will not provide your personal information to any third party except in the following cases:

1. When we have your consent;

2. When required by laws or regulations;

3. When it is necessary for the protection of life, body, or property of a person and obtaining your consent is difficult;

4. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and obtaining your consent is difficult; or

5. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency or its designee in executing legally prescribed duties.

2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may provide statistical or anonymized data that cannot identify any individual to third parties.

6. Delegation (Processors)

We may delegate the processing of certain information to third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

- Cloud service providers (e.g., Firebase by Google LLC)

- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase)

- Advertising providers (e.g., Google AdMob)

- Payment and subscription management providers (e.g., app store operators)

We will disclose information to such providers only to the extent necessary and exercise appropriate contractual and supervisory measures.

7. International Transfers

The servers used by cloud services, payment services, and advertising services may be located outside your country or region (including outside Japan). As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries or regions that may have different data protection laws than those in your jurisdiction. In such cases, we will implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration, including:

- Access controls and appropriate management of authentication credentials

- Encryption of communications and data, where feasible

- Logging and monitoring to detect unauthorized access

- Careful review of contracts and settings for external services

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention Period

1. In principle, your recorded data will be retained while you continue to use the App.

2. If you terminate the use of the Service or request deletion of your account, we will endeavor, within a reasonable period and to the extent technically and operationally feasible, to delete or anonymize personal data that can identify you, except where retention is required by law.

10. Your Rights

1. You may request access to, correction of, addition to, deletion of, or suspension of use of your personal information held by us.

2. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the contact information set forth at the end of this Policy. Please note that we may not be able to comply with your request where it is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Minors

If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

12. Changes to This Policy

1. We may modify this Policy from time to time due to changes in laws or in the content of the Service.

2. In the event of any material changes, we will notify you of the revised Policy and the effective date by displaying it within the App or by other appropriate means.

3. If you use the Service on or after the effective date of the revised Policy, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
